How do I know I’m on the official Trezor website?

Check the address bar before downloading anything. Trezor Suite is available from trezor.io/trezor-suite and your device setup begins at trezor.io/start. Never enter your recovery seed into a website, email, or computer app.

What is a recovery seed?

Your recovery seed is the offline backup that gives access to your wallet if your device is lost or damaged. Write it down on the recovery cards provided with your device and keep it private. Trezor will never ask you to share it online.

Can I use Trezor Suite on my phone?

Trezor Suite is available for desktop, with supported wallet features on Android through Trezor Suite Lite. Check the official compatibility information for your device and operating system before connecting.

My device is not being detected. What should I do?

Try a different USB cable that supports data transfer, connect directly to your computer rather than a hub, and refresh Trezor Suite. Make sure your browser and operating system are up to date.
